(1) The Commission shall determine the maximum amount of expenses that a political party or candidate can incur in an election.
(2) The Commission shall publish the notification in the Nepal Gazette specifying the maximum limit as per sub-section (1).
(3) The political party or candidate participating in the election shall not spend or conduct the election in excess of the maximum limit prescribed under sub-section (1).
