(1) If a candidate appoints a person as his election representative for the election, he shall give written notice thereof to the election officer.
(2) The election representative appointed under sub-section (1) may be revoked by the candidate at any time and another election representative may be appointed and the election officer shall be informed thereof immediately.
(3) Qualifications of election representatives shall be as prescribed.
