<br> not to interfere with the use of election materials
No person shall in any way obstruct or interfere with or cause to be taken away, looted, stolen, seized, opened, destroyed or prevented from being used in the election, ballot papers, ballot boxes or other materials to be used or used in the election.
(2) No one shall seize, deface or purchase a voter's identity card with the intention of depriving the voter of voting.
