Daily allowances, travel allowances, other allowances and facilities received by employees engaged in election work in accordance with prevailing laws may be paid in writing at the same time such employees are employed.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the employee concerned shall not submit the bill for the amount received as per sub-section (1).
(3) The expenses incurred for the conduct of the election shall be given in writing to the employees assigned to the election according to the rate determined by the commission.
(4) In the case of the amount determined by the Commission out of the amount under sub-section (3), the employee engaged in election work shall not be required to submit the bill payment after returning from the work he was assigned to.
