(1) If a candidate engages in irregular activities in an examination center or violates the conditions prescribed by the Commission, the Commission may cancel the examination of such candidate and suspend him from being a candidate for the period specified by the Commission in any subsequent examination as per the advertisement.
(2) If a candidate disrupts the conduct of the examination by rioting in any examination center, the head of the center may immediately expel such candidate from the examination center and in case of such expulsion, the examination of all the subjects as per the advertisement will be automatically cancelled.
