(1) The Ward Committee shall conduct a preliminary investigation on the application received under Rule 5. If it seems necessary to be more clear about the details of the person, the ward chairman himself or an associate or appointing an employee should make necessary inquiries about such a person. 405
(2) While examining the planet, the person as per sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 shall also make an on-site observation at the residence of the concerned person who has submitted the application. 83 According to Rule (1), the ward chairman, ward member or employee should be examined and submitted to the committee. . If the report submitted according to Hungpanyum (3) is examined, if it is found to be inappropriate, such a request should be sent to the office of the local level along with the recommendation of the ward.
(5) If the relevant local level, upon conducting the necessary investigation on the application received in accordance with sub-rule (4), finds that there is misconduct, such person shall be recorded as a person receiving social security allowance in accordance with the Act and this regulation and the information thereof shall be given to the concerned ward office.
