:- (1) A person aggrieved by an order issued in accordance with Section 3 of the Act may file an application before the Ministry of Home Affairs, and on such application, the Aadhaar documents taken when the Ministry of Home Affairs issued the said order and If there is no reason to maintain the order issued by the local authority, it can be revoked when the missile with leaflets is thrown out and questioned.
(2) If it is not found that the order issued by the local authority should be revoked according to sub-rule (1), the Ministry of Home Affairs shall submit to the Government of Nepal the petition of the concerned person and the missile received from the office of the local authority along with its own opinion.
(3) The Government of Nepal may revoke the order issued by the local authority if it deems it necessary after considering the missile documents, petitions and the opinion of the Ministry of Home Affairs submitted as per sub-rule (2).
