According to sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of this regulation, the hearing of the subject of subpoena to the other party will be held by a bench of one judge of the Court of Appeal. Apart from that, according to the Act and these regulations, all types of petitions and complaints registered in the Court of Appeal will be heard by the joint bench.
