Rule 6
Matters to be disclosed in the application
(1) The following should be disclosed in the format as per Schedule-1 of the application to be given to the tribunal:-
(a) The full name, surname, nationality of each of the petitioner and the respondent (b) Details of the year, number, name, side, opposition and the scope or location of any station or office, if given in the matter of any case,
(c) Filing of declarations which are not filed within the time limit of the Act and required documents are not attached,
(d) The subject of the open complaint and the petitioner's demand, including the basis and law (e) If an application has been made earlier on the same subject, the result thereof,
(f) Other details necessary for the necessary action to be taken in the matter requested,
(G) Write a chapter separating the description of each point or topic.
(2) Only one subject should be written in each petition.
