4. Objective of the policy

4.1 To reduce the crime associated with it by preventing and controlling the illegal cultivation, production, transportation and sale of drugs.

4.2 Minimizing the use of drug addiction in risk groups.

4.3 Increase the access of drug users to quality, reliable and trustworthy treatment and rehabilitation services.

4.4 HIV among drug users, their families and communities due to addiction. ., controlling and reducing the risk of infection such as hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases.

4.5 Maintaining identity between other policies directly and indirectly related to drug prevention and control.

4.6 To promote broad participation including cooperation and partnership in drug prevention and control.
