4. Policies

The following policies will be adopted to cover the needs of both groups of farmers who have access to resources and those who have relatively less access to resources and opportunities.

4.14.1 Local Production and productivity enhancement

4.1.1. Agricultural production and productivity will be increased through the development, dissemination and use of appropriate agricultural technologies by utilizing local potential, comparative advantage and specific opportunities.
