2. Amendment to Nepal Police Hospital Development Committee (Establishment) Order, 2064

For sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Nepal Police Hospital Development Committee (Establishment) Order, 2064 (hereinafter referred to as the “Original Order”) The following sub-section (2) has been placed:-

“(2) The committee under sub-section (1) shall have the following members:-

(a) Inspector General of Police – Chairman
(b) Official Gazetted First Class Representative of the Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(c) Additional Inspector General of Police, Administration Department - Member
(d) At least gazetted first class or equivalent senior consultant specialist police doctor (M.D.MS or equivalent) of the hospital - members
(e) One person nominated by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the committee from among the retired police officers - Member
(f) Medical Director of the Hospital – Member – Secretary”
