(1) The following matters, which have been determined by the final order or judgment of the Constitutional Bench in the matter of the case, shall be published in the Nepal Gazette:-
(a) In case any law is declared invalid or void under sub-section (1) of Article 133 of the Constitution,
(b) Matters stated in the dispute related to the jurisdiction of the Union, State and local levels in accordance with Clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 137 of the Constitution,
(c) In accordance with Clause (b) of Clause (2) of Article 137 of the Constitution, the election of a member of the Federal Parliament or the Provincial Assembly has been annulled or any member has been declared ineligible.
(2) The registrar of the notice to be published in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall verify and send it to the Ministry of Law and Justice for publication and such notice shall be published in the Nepal Gazette in the name of the Ministry of Law and Justice.
