: After the Nepal Rastra Bank (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2062 has become inoperative, unless another intention is apparent, the inactivity shall, (a) give rise to any matter which was not in force or subsisted at the time when the said Ordinance was inoperative; No. (b) It shall not affect the things that have been carried out in accordance with that ordinance or any work done or experienced before the procedure was passed accordingly, (c) It shall not affect any right, facility, duty or obligation obtained, achieved or suffered in accordance with that ordinance. No, (d) any punishment or confiscation made in accordance with that Ordinance shall not affect, (e) any such rights, facilities, duties, obligations or any actions or measures taken in relation to the punishment written above shall not affect and the said Ordinance shall remain in force. Any such legal action or measure can also be initiated, continued or implemented.
