(1) The Nepal Business Forum established in accordance with section 48 of the Act shall have the following chairman and members:- (a) Minister of Commerce and Supply - Chairman (b) Minister of State for Industry, Commerce and Supply or Assistant Minister - Vice Chairman (c) Member (Industry See), National Planning Commission - Member (d) Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank - Member (e) Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers - Member (f) Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply - Member (g) Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Member (h) Secretary, Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens - Member (j) Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (h) Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development - Member (k) Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security - Member (l) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (d) Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation - Member (d) Secretary, Ministry of Forests and Environment - Member (n) Secretary, Land Management; Ministry of Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation - Member (T) Secretary, Ministry of Youth and Sports - Member (T) Secretary, National Planning Commission - Member (D) Secretary, Ministry of Industry and Commerce (All Provinces) - Member (D) Chief Executive Officer, Board of Investment - Member (N) (Chairman, Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Member (W) Chairman, Nepal Chamber of Commerce - Member (F) Chairman, Nepal Chamber of Commerce - Member (B) Chairman, Nepal Household and Small Federation of Industries - Member (B) President, Nepal Women's Higher Education Federation - Member (M) Joint Secretary, Industrial and Investment Promotion Division, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply - Member-Secretary
(2) The meeting of the Nepal Business Forum shall be held at least once a year on the date, time and place designated by the chairman of the forum.
(3) Officials of the Government of Nepal or experts in related fields may be invited to the meeting of the Nepal Business Forum as required.
(4) Nepal Business: Other procedures related to the meeting of the forum will be as determined by the forum itself.
