Section 116
The government of Nepal will be bad
(1) The case related to the offense mentioned in Section 103 shall be filed with the Government of Nepal and such case shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Governmental Cases Act in force. Anyone can make a written or oral complaint against a person at the nearest police station along with proof. In this way, it will not be necessary to mention the name when filing a complaint. (3) The National Bank shall provide necessary assistance in all activities such as the investigation, investigation and filing of a case and trial of the offense under Section 103.
