(1) The case punishable under Section 27 and 28 shall be the plaintiff of the Government of Nepal and the case shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Government Cases Act, 2049.
(2) Investigation and investigation of cases under this Act shall be conducted by at least the Inspector of Police.
