Section 54
Government of Nepal to be Plaintiff
(1) The case related to offense under section 39 shall be filed with the Government of Nepal as the plaintiff and such case shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Governmental Cases Act, 2049.
(2) While investigating or prosecuting the offense under sub-section (1), the board shall provide necessary assistance to the concerned officer.
