(1) The department or office shall maintain the immovable property in the name of the Government of Nepal, which is deemed to be confiscated in accordance with Section 11 of the Act, and which has not been auctioned in accordance with Section 20 of the Act, as per Section 17 of Section 6 of the Act. It should be sent in writing to the relevant agency (2) If written in accordance with sub-rule (1), the relevant body shall retain such property in the name of the Government of Nepal and give the information thereof to the department and office.
