(1) Subsection (4) of Section 9 of the Act and Section 14A. In accordance with sub-section (2) of the Land Reform Officer, the land seized by the Land Reform Officer shall be sent in writing to the relevant land office for registration in the name of the Government of Nepal.
(2) If there is a written request for land registration as per sub-rule (1), the land office shall register such land in the name of the Government of Nepal and give the information to the concerned land reform office.
