Rule 41P
To register in the name of Government of Nepal, send in writing to:
(1) If any business or commercial organization is found to be occupying government land without taking approval according to the prevailing Nepalese law, the Commission shall take action against such industry or commercial organization in accordance with the prevailing law and if such land is not registered in the name of the Government of Nepal, it shall send a written notice to the concerned land office to maintain the registration in the name of the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if such a business or commercial organization on the land registered in the name of the Government of Nepal needs to use such land, it can use it after taking approval according to the prevailing law.
