(1) For the purpose of permanent protection of the preserved ancient monuments in any district of Sadar Mofasal, the Chief Archaeological Officer or a person appointed by him shall, after obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal, You can get a document of responsibility from the owners of the monument. In such a case, if the owner of the ancient monument does not provide the document, to send a written document to the chief district officer to secure the ancient monument and send it to the owner and the head, deputy head or member of the municipality concerned or even the chairman, vice chairman or member of the rural municipality to send the document of responsibility as written in sub-section (2) and if there is such a letter, the chief district officer should also cause it to be done accordingly. (a) Care of Monuments.
(b) Duties of the person in charge of the monument and its duty. c) Prohibition on the owner of the monument to demolish, remove, alter, deface, hand it over to anyone other than the Government of Nepal, or erect any other monument near the monument.
(d) The facility for the people or the government of Nepal or the person assigned by the owner to come and go for the purpose of protecting or inspecting the monument.
(e) If the land where the memorial is located should be sold, it should be given to the Government of Nepal at the Panchakirti price.
(f) Officials will be appointed by the Government of Nepal to look into disputes arising from confessions.
