Filling up against the government of Nepal or against government employees defended on behalf of the government of Nepal according to the judgments or orders (decrees) passed by the court.
After the judgment or order (decree) passed by any court against the Government of Nepal or against the Government of Nepal has been finalised, if the relevant officer sends a written application for filling within the period of the prevailing law, the head of the department must take action for filling.
