(1) In the event of a crisis situation or in the event of national security, there is a need to restrict information sharing, or if there is a need to control such information sharing system, the Government of Nepal may do the following:-
(a) to temporarily take possession of telecommunication lines and telecommunication systems installed, operated or maintained by the licensee,
(B) To order to tape the news related to a specific subject, person or community, to find the person who sent such news or to stop the transmission of such news.
(2) After the end of the situation according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall return the telecommunication lines and telecommunication system that have been seized to the persons who have received the permits.
