Section 19
The approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained
The institute should not do the following without taking the prior approval of the Government of Nepal:-
(a) to purchase or acquire any immovable property valued at more than one crore rupees, or
(b) to mortgage or give any immovable property for a period exceeding ten years, or
(c) To sell or transfer any property or right or facility worth more than five lakh rupees.
