: The Government of Nepal can issue necessary orders or instructions to the Fund to carry out operations in accordance with the objectives of the Fund after examining the necessary actions taken by the Fund. Accordingly, it will be the duty of the fund to comply with the orders or instructions given by the Government of Nepal.
