Section 33
The Nepal Government can dissolve the Fund
: The Nepal Government can dissolve the Fund in the following cases:-
(a) If the Government of Nepal feels that the Fund is unable to pay the loan amount received by the Government of Nepal, any foreign government, national or international organization to the Government of Nepal, foreign government or any other such organization.
(b) If the fund fails to function in accordance with the purpose of this Act.
(c) If the Government of Nepal feels that it is desirable to dissolve the Fund due to the violation of the order or instructions given by the Government of Nepal in accordance with Section 31.
(d) If the Government of Nepal determines that it is not necessary to maintain the fund.
