(1) For the benefit of the park, the Government of Nepal may arrange for the operation of hotels, lodges, camps, public transport or other similar services or facilities within the park by itself or by contracting with other persons.

(2) According to sub-rule (1) when the service is operated by other persons, the Government of Nepal may prescribe the conditions according to the need. The owner of a hotel, lodge, restaurant or tea shop shall enter into an agreement with the Government of Nepal in accordance with this regulation within 6 months from the date of commencement of this regulation.
