Section 55
Government of Nepal may give instructions
The Government of Nepal may give necessary instructions to the Board from time to time on policy matters such as commodity exchange market, commodity trading business, Rafsaf and Fsrout business, warehouse operation, development of commodity regulation market and protection of interests of investors and follow such instructions. It will be the duty of the board.
