The Government of Nepal will give instructions
16. The Government of Nepal will give instructions
(1) The Government of Nepal may give necessary instructions to the Central Committee regarding the operation of the fund.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Central Committee to comply with the instructions given under sub-rule (1).
