(1) The Government of Nepal shall determine the scholarship based on the subject, level, duration of the scholarship and the country and institution in which the scholarship is studied or trained.

(2) When determining the deficiency in accordance with sub-section (1), a deficiency equal to the tuition fee and any grant paid in the relevant educational institution while studying technical or non-technical subjects shall be determined.

(5) Before the authority hearing the case under this Act in relation to the matter determined by the Government of Nepal in accordance with this section or any The question cannot be raised in the court.

(6) According to sub-section (2) the scholarship will be collected from the right of the person who has gone to study in the same manner as the government balance.
