If it is found that any action has been taken in violation of this Act or the rules made under this Act by the surveying officer or the designated officer, or if the forest boundary, government land, public land, community land or Guthi subordinated land has been registered. If it is found to have been done, the government of Nepal can form a committee to correct it or if there is a general problem in any area related to the measurement mapping and registration. The work, duties and rights of the committee formed in this way will be determined when the committee is formed.
