Section 30A
Contact with the Government of Nepal
: When the Institute maintains contact with the Government of Nepal in the course of its operations or when the Government of Nepal gives any instructions to the Institute in accordance with Section 21, it must contact or give instructions through the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.
