Rule 29
Job seniority
(1) When assigning points for seniority, maximum 35 points will be awarded at the rate of 2.5 points per year if permanent appointment and teaching at the relevant level and at the rate of 1.25 points per year in case of temporary appointment. But
(1) In the case of women, Dalits and disabled persons, after adding one year of experience, points will be awarded in the same ratio so as not to increase to 35 points.
(2) Marks shall be awarded on a pro rata basis for alternate months or days of less than one academic session.
(3) No marks will be given for the period of absenteeism or extraordinary leave or paid leave.
(2) For the purpose of promotion on the basis of performance evaluation, if the permanent service is broken in the middle, then the remaining period will also be calculated after deducting that period. However, the period of absence from school without receiving salary shall not be considered as the period of work.
