In addition to the functions, duties and powers written elsewhere in the Constitution and this Act, the other functions, duties and powers of the Judicial Council shall be as follows:

(a) Regarding the administration of justice Recommending or giving advice on matters, (b) Studying and conducting research on matters related to administration of justice, (c) Providing necessary instructions to related bodies regarding the training and education of judges. Giving,

(d) Creating and implementing the code of conduct that judges should follow,

(e) Doing other work as prescribed.
