The following persons cannot be appointed to the post of judge

(a) Corruption, extortion, human trafficking and trafficking, sale and distribution or trafficking of narcotic drugs, money laundering, passport Convicted by a court for abuse, kidnapping or other criminal offense showing moral turpitude; Disqualified for serving in a government or public institution, having received a departmental punishment such as being dismissed from the post, (d) having received a warning in accordance with the law related to the service, not having completed one year of such warning or being suspended for promotion or withholding of salary increase (e) Disqualified under Article 291 of the Constitution, (f) Suspended in accordance with prevailing federal law, (g) Clause According to 14, two years have not completed from the date of notification,

(h) blacklisted according to the prevailing law,

(h) being a member of a political party at the time of appointment,

(j) Intoxicated, or

(k) Mentally unbalanced.
