: (1) If any act considered as an offense under this Act has been or is being done or is about to be done in any house, land, place or vehicle, if immediate action is not taken, the offender escapes or any evidence relating to such offense is lost. or if there is a possibility of destruction, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, at least the police staff of the police sub-inspector level can put up leaflets and do the following at any time:-
(a) to enter, search or take possession of such house, land, place or vehicle,
(b) If someone obstructs when he is about to do such an act, open the window or door as necessary or take necessary action immediately,
(c) to arrest without warrant or to search the person who commits such act,
(d) To recover or take possession of all evidence found in such house, land, place or vehicle.
(2) When doing the work according to sub-section (1), such police officer should do it in the presence of local representatives as far as possible and if not possible in the presence of the people present at that time and prepare a bond and give a copy of it to the owner of the house, land or vehicle concerned.
(3) In case a person is arrested without an arrest warrant according to sub-section (1), the arrested person along with the arrested person shall be submitted to the authority hearing the case for approval of such arrest.
