Rule 7
Notice to collect lease

(1) After receiving the notice that the award of the contract has been approved, the base, office or official who will settle the contract subject to the law shall notify the person who will receive the contract in Nepal. Notice must be sent to the inside address to show up to pick up the lease with a deadline of 7 (seven) days apart from the time of travel. In case of getting the contract, if the first person who is sent the contract does not appear within the deadline, then the person who gets the second contract after that person should also be given a notice of the same deadline as the previous person to appear to send the lease.
(2) If the person who should receive the notice mentioned in sub-rule (1) is not found or if the notice is not understood, at least one member of the local body, including 4 local people as witnesses, should post a notice on the door of the person who should receive the notice for a period of 7 (seven) days, excluding the period of the notice. And if done accordingly, the person who should receive the notice shall be deemed to have received it.

(3) If the person who should receive the notice does not know the address or if that person is a foreigner and if his address within Nepal is not disclosed, the base, office or officer who will settle the contract shall The name of the person who should receive the information should be published in a clear Gorkhapatra or in other local newspapers, and if done accordingly, the person who should receive the information shall be deemed to have received it.

(4) Sub-rule (1) ), (2) and (3) regardless of what is written in the notice published in accordance with section 5 of the Act, if the date on which the lease is to be lifted is specified, the lease must be lifted within the same date.
