(1) The following newspapers should be published in the following minimum size and number of pages.
(a) For daily newspapers without reduction to 4 pages on the basis of 12o  21o,
(b) for semi-weekly and weekly newspapers in the size of 100  150 without reduction to 6 pages, and
(c) for fortnightly, monthly, fortnightly and quarterly newspapers in the size of 9o15o not reduced to 12 pages,
(2) The publisher shall publish the following newspapers in 6 months without reducing them to the following numbers.
(a) Daily newspaper 150 issues (b) Argh weekly newspaper 40 issues
(c) Weekly newspaper 20 issues
(d) Fortnightly newspaper 10 issues
(e) Monthly Newspaper 5 issues
(f) Bi-monthly and quarterly newspapers 2 issues
