: (1) If a person elected to the office of a member is found by the court to be ineligible according to section 12, he shall be released from such office.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the Commission shall inform the concerned person about the vacancy (3) Regarding the disqualification of a person elected to the post of a member, the provisions regarding filing a complaint in the court shall be as prescribed.
(4) According to sub-section (1), the Commission shall publish the notice of dismissal in the Nepal Gazette.
