Section 22
Position Vacancy
: The office bearer and member of the Assembly shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases :(a) If his term of office expires,
(b) if he resigns,
(c) If his mental balance is not right,
(d) If he is convicted by a court of law on criminal charges involving moral turpitude,
(e) If he is removed from office in accordance with section 23, or
(f) In case of his death.
