17. Position Vacancy

The position of a member shall be vacant in the following cases:-

(a) If his term of office is completed,
(b) If he resigns from his position before the Government of Nepal,
(c) If the Government of Nepal makes changes according to sub-section (3) of section 16,
(d) If he does not maintain the qualification as per section 4, or
(e) In case of his death
