(1). There will be a recruitment committee as follows to select candidates from open and internal competition for the post of sub-commissioned officer of military technical service and recommend them for appointment:-
(a) Chairman of the Public Service Commission or a member of that commission appointed by the Chairman (b) Secretary of the Ministry or a member appointed by him Gazetted First Class Officer (c) Executive - Member (d) Assistant Warrant Officer or General Officer appointed by the Commander-in-Chief - Member (e) Enrollment Selection Member - Director of the Secretary Directorate (2) Military Technician: There will be a recruitment committee as follows to select candidates from open and internal competition for the posts of Amaldar, Jamdar and Subedar of the service:- (a) Director of Recruitment Selection Directorate _Chairman (b) Representative (authorized ), Public Service Commission - Member (c) Representative (official), Ministry - Member (d) Official representative of concerned service; Group or sub-group - Member. e) Officer of Recruitment Selection Directorate - Member Secretary
