(1) The chairman and members of the Commission shall comply with the following official dignity:-
(a) To protect and promote the rights and interests of the tribal communities and to perform their official duties in an independent, fair and honest manner for the empowerment of the tribal communities,
(b) Do not do anything that disturbs the relations between different castes, communities and sects,
(2) The chairman and members of the commission shall comply with the official conduct in accordance with this Act or prevailing federal laws.
