(1) The chairman and members of the Commission shall observe the following official dignity:- (a) Khas Arya, backward classes, disabled persons, senior citizens, workers, farmers, minority and marginalized communities and To protect and promote the rights and interests of the communities including the backward classes and those living in Karnali and the economically disadvantaged classes, and for the empowerment of those classes and communities, who will perform their official duties independently, fairly and honestly,
(b) Not to do anything that disturbs the relations between different castes, communities and sects,
(2) The chairman and members of the Commission shall follow the official conduct as per this Act or prevailing laws.
