(1) The member shall comply with the following official dignities:- (a) To protect and promote the rights and interests of women and to discharge their official responsibilities independently, impartially and honestly,
(b) Not to do anything that disturbs the relations between different castes, communities and sects. (2) The member shall comply with the official conduct in accordance with this Act or prevailing federal laws.
