(1) Only the Nepali Army who perform extremely courageous actions without caring for their lives for the sake of Nepal's defense or perform their duties or achieve successful results with good planning can be awarded the decoration of Param Paurakh Bhaskar.
(2) The design and shape of the decoration as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix Two Schedule-2.
