(1) In order to ensure proper delivery of postal items, an identity card can be issued by the post office after collecting the customs as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. Such an identity card can be used by common people.
(2) The name of the post office that can issue the identity card, the conditions and restrictions to be followed regarding the identity card will be as prescribed by the Director General.
