(1) In accordance with Section 68 of the Act, the operator shall submit an application in accordance with Schedule-28 to an office along with the fee as per Schedule-3 for the renewal of the permit.
(2) When submitting an application according to sub-rule (1), the health certificate of the applicant must be attached in the format as per Schedule-26.
(3) In relation to the application received under sub-rule (1), if the office deems it appropriate to renew the driver's license after conducting the necessary investigation, the driver's license shall be renewed subject to the Act and other provisions mentioned in this regulation and its proceedings shall be indicated in the driver's license renewal book as per Schedule-29.
(4) If the driver's license issued by one office is renewed by another office in accordance with sub-rule (3), the renewing office shall inform the office that issued such driver's license as soon as possible, and if such information is received, the driver's license issuing office shall also report that such driver's license has been renewed. It should be mentioned in the registration book as per schedule-30.
