Rule 26
Application for driver's license
(1) According to section 66 of the Act, a person who wants to obtain a driver's license must submit an application for a driver's license in the form of Schedule-25 to an office along with the fee as per Schedule-3.
(2) When submitting an application according to sub-rule (1), along with the application, a certificate of health certified by a doctor recognized by the Government of Nepal in the format as per Schedule-26 shall be attached to the application.
(3) If there is an application for a driver's license according to sub-rule (1), the office shall issue the driver's license by adopting the procedure according to section 67 of the Act.
